Today marks one year from the launch of our limitless brand. As we look back on an incredible year of growth and establishment, we are grateful for your unwavering support. This blog article will discuss our past year and look towards the future.
OVERALL
Scaryknit is an online entertainment website featuring original productions. Since its foundation, at the core of Scaryknit was the drive to create a compelling community interested in supernatural and horror stories.
Being a newborn creature, Scarknit navigated the complexity of social media, trying to establish its own brand visual identity. The goal was to lay the groundwork for the future by releasing various original productions in different formats.
After one year, Scaryknit counts a community of more than 1.000 followers, six original productions, and thousands of views across all its platforms.
Scaryknit Originals’ first production is Spectre. Created by Alec Antonelli, Spectre follows John Hayworth, a lonely, depressed man plunging into the hidden reality of things leading him to confront his past and demons.
Scaryknit Originals’ Spectre is an original short, released on August 27, 2023, as a narrative built-in streaming video.

By manipulating a video published on the online marketplace Envato Elements, Scaryknit Originals was able to create a story that sticks to its extended universe.
Following the events of Scaryknit Originals’ Spectre, Coven of the Nightshadows introduces two factions of the magical world: The Nightshadows and The Entity. As this last keeps the Nightshadows trapped in Salem, it’s up to John Hayworth to intervene and change the course of actions within the magical world.

WHAT COMES NEXT
Scaryknit is committed to bringing new stories to life regularly. Our goal is to produce and release at least one original production per year.
Things will be slightly different in the 2024/25 schedule as Scaryknit is embracing new challenges for the future. With Nocturne we figured out how characters’ interaction is a pivotal element for our storylines, and how we lacked that in our previous productions. That is why we’re thrilled to announce we’re working on new formats that prioritize the building of powerful characters’ arcs.
On the following schedule, we will prioritize quality over quantity, by releasing less original productions.
With all being said, we’re thrilled to begin a new year with you, with the hope of growing and thriving together. Make sure to check our website constantly and follow us on social media (@scaryknit) for not missing the announcements we’ll be giving next weeks.
